As of March 2022 we have changed the way we do things after 30 years.

Pole Structural Engineers continues to specialise in 3 areas;

a) Structural Engineers Reports; for the homebuying industry; mainly specialist second opinions for buyers re cracks and subsidence etc.

b) Expert Reports for litigation purposes; but only for residential subsidence/ movement related issues.

c) Party Walls; role of ADVISING ENGINEER to Party Wall Surveyors but we do not act as party Wall Surveyor.

 

Design work

All current projects continue under the POLE  banner as before.

All NEW design enquiries are now dealt with by our engineering team who have merged with www.elitedesigners.co.uk

The same team will deal with your enquires and Simon pole remains involved as a Consultant to Elite.
