The refurbishment of one of the largest houses on the River Thames. Formerly Part of Brunel University the building has been restored to a single family dwelling by Developers Octagon Developments www.Octagon.co.uk
The grade 2 listed property is more than 18,000 square feet and has 8 bedroom suites and 8 reception rooms and garaging for 8 cars. Robert Adam designed various ceilings and fireplaces and these were all fully restored.

Our work involved significant alterations throughout the building and various repairs to the building fabric and almost total rebuilding of a coach house and mews block.
