We can provide Structural Engineers’ reports on any defects.  These form part of our daily work and we have a dedicated system to provide fairly immediate response.

The most common are:-

Localised cracking

General signs of movement

Subsidence concerns, previous underpinning

Roof problems

Bulging and leaning walls

Floor and roof loading problems

Such reports are often required by clients and lending institutions and their Surveyors as part of a property purchase.

Our jargon free reports are produced by Chartered Structural Engineers (CEng MIStructE is the appropriate qualification) and we aim to issue our reports very promptly as they often occur immediately prior to exchange of contracts.

Costs start at approximately £750 further afield, for a single defect. Payment is to be made in advance via a credit/debit card.

Our fees for carrying out inspections and producing reports start at approximately £750 + VAT further afield for a second opinion on a localised matter, for smaller local dwellings in South London and Surrey inside the M25.  Payment is to be made in advance via a credit/debit card.

Visits can be arranged at short notice and we often issue the report the same day or within 24 hours.

Professional Indemnity Insurance is of course provided.

Full back up is available to speak to clients, Surveyors, Solicitors, Insurers and Mortgage advisors etc afterwards.
